Our exclusive warranty is only valid for vehicle(s) sold by sellers who utilize our Third-Party Logistics Services. It is crucial for you to be aware that in order to fully benefit from our exclusive warranty, your vehicle(s) must be purchased from sellers that are using our Third-Party Logistics Services. This ensures that the vehicle(s) have been handled and delivered using our high standards and quality control measures, thus guaranteeing the validity of the warranty.
Our warranty coverage extends to the major mechanical components of the vehicle, including the engine, transmission, and drivetrain. The coverage commences from the date of purchase and continues for a duration of 12 months or 12,000 miles driven, whichever comes first, unless specified otherwise.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no additional cost to you, any covered mechanical component that experiences defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service.
While we are proud of the quality of our vehicles, it is essential to note that certain conditions and circumstances are not covered under the warranty. These exclusions include damage resulting from accidents, collisions, negligence, failure to perform recommended maintenance, modifications, regular wear and tear, and unauthorized repairs.
The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle during the warranty period, enhancing the value and desirability of your purchase.
In the event of a covered mechanical failure, promptly notify us and provide a detailed description of the issue. We may request an inspection to assess the problem thoroughly. If the claim is approved, we will proceed with the necessary repairs or replacements using genuine or equivalent quality parts.
To maintain the validity of the warranty, adhere to the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule and retain records of all maintenance performed during the warranty period. Any aftermarket modifications or alterations must be approved by GXL Logistics Services in writing to avoid voiding the warranty coverage.
While we stand by the quality of our vehicles, GXL Logistics Services shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the vehicle, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the vehicle.
