Terms and Conditions


These Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement") shall serve as an agreement that sets forth the terms and conditions which will govern your use and participation in the transaction management and services provided on and through GXL Logistics Services.

By selecting to utilize the services provided by GXL Logistics Services you shall have also indicated your acceptance of these Terms of Use and your intent and agreement to be bound by them. If you are unwilling to agree to these Terms of Use, you shall discontinue further use of the services provided by GXL Logistics Services. If you agree to these Terms of Use, you will be bound as follows:


   General Provisions


Transactions performed by a Buyer and Seller on the GXL Logistics Services site, shall be governed by the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Civil Code Section 1633 et. seq.).

A person or entity offering vehicles for sale, and desiring to use the GXL Logistics Services Services in order to close such a sale, shall hereinafter be referred to as "Seller".

A person or entity desiring to purchase vehicles from a Seller, by use of the GXL Logistics Services for completing the purchase shall be referred to as "Buyer".


   GXL Logistics Services 10-Day Return Policy


With our 10-Day Return Policy, you can have peace of mind knowing that you will receive the vehicle you have paid for. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days for a full refund. This feature is designed to give you the confidence to make a purchase without any reservations.

We understand the importance of building trust and ensuring a smooth and secure transaction process for our customers, and this guarantee is a testament to our commitment to your satisfaction.


   What does 10-Day Return Policy stand for


                  Delivery ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)


At GXL Logistics Services, we understand that timely delivery is crucial, and we strive to meet our estimated time of arrival (ETA) after dispatch for every vehicle. However, we also recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, causing delays in the delivery process. In the rare event that your vehicle is not delivered within the quoted ETA after dispatch, please rest assured that you will receive a refund without any questions asked.

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the service you receive from us. We value your trust in us, and we are committed to doing everything we can to make sure that your experience with our company is a positive one.

                  Purchase Satisfaction


If you are not satisfied with the vehicle you received, please notify GXL Logistics Services within 10 days of delivery. Upon raising a complaint, our team is committed to resolving it end-to-end within 72 hours. In the event that we are unable to provide a resolution within the specified time frame, rest assured that your payment will be automatically refunded. We take customer satisfaction seriously and aim to address any concerns promptly and effectively.

   Delivery and Inspection


In adherence to our 10-Day Return Policy, an GXL Logistics Services technical inspector will conduct a thorough PDI to assess the condition of the vehicle upon delivery. The PDI report will provide detailed information about the vehicle's condition at the time of delivery, ensuring transparency and accountability in the transaction. We believe that this inspection is crucial in upholding the quality standards of our services and ensuring that you receive the best experience.

Upon arrival at the storage facility, our dedicated Technical Inspection Team meticulously checks each vehicle for a clear title and physical condition, including any damages, scratches, dents, or rust. This process ensures that the vehicles meet our quality standards and are well-maintained. Your trust in GXL Logistics Services is greatly appreciated, and we remain committed to providing exceptional service and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.


   Buyer's Acceptance, Disbursement of Funds


The inspection period for the vehicle ends in 10 days. If we do not receive any feedback from you within this timeframe, we will assume that you are satisfied with the vehicle. As a result, we will proceed to send the payment in full to the seller.


   Buyer Rejection Process


In the event that you reject the vehicle, please be advised to commence the refund process by using our 'Contact' form on the website. Upon submission of your refund request, GXL Logistics Services will promptly initiate the refund payment procedure. Kindly note that the refund process typically takes between 24-72 hours to complete. Additionally, the shipping will be arranged to be reversed within this timeframe as well. Our logistics team will coordinate with you to schedule a pickup of the vehicle by an GXL Logistics Services truck within 72 hours.

NOTE: Please ensure that the vehicle is in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery when it is picked up. It is imperative that the vehicle matches the condition outlined in the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) report conducted at the time of delivery.


   General


If you are a registered User of the Site, then each time you request the services provided by GXL Logistics Services will constitute your agreement to these Terms of Use, as amended from time to time in GXL Logistics Services's sole discretion, and evidence that you have read, understood and accepted the then applicable Terms of Use.
