In essence, a GXL Logistics Services PSP system is a type of legal holding account for funds or assets, which won’t be released until certain conditions are met. We provide a range of distribution, storage, transport and fulfillment services to customers and end-to-end management of financial services.


   Buyer & Seller Protection​


The seller will not receive payment until the buyer has received and verified the vehicle. This system is designed to provide peace of mind to our sellers, ensuring that they can be 100% confident in receiving genuine payment for their vehicle. We understand the importance of trust and security in any transaction, and this process helps to protect both parties involved.


                  Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms​


Both parties have come to an agreement on the terms of the transaction. The agreement includes a detailed description of the vehicle, the purchase price, and any other relevant information. After an agreement has been reached between the parties involved, it is essential that the buyer completes the registration form on our website to proceed further.

After the information requested in the Registration Form has been submitted, GXL Logistics Services will conduct an analysis to ensure the accuracy of the details. Once this confirmation is obtained, we will promptly send you an invoice containing the transaction specifics and payment instructions.

                  Buyer sends the payment to us and the Vehicle is shipped upon payment verification


The payment must be sent to GXL Logistics Services following the instructions outlined in the invoice. Upon receiving the payment, GXL Logistics Services will commence the shipping process. GXL Logistics Services will keep you informed about any changes or progress of the shipment via email.

                  Shipping and the 10-Day Return Policy


In the rare event that your vehicle is not delivered within the quoted ETA after dispatch, please rest assured that you will receive a refund without any questions asked.

With our 10-Day Return Policy, you can have peace of mind knowing that you will receive the vehicle you have paid for. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days for a full refund. This feature is designed to give you the confidence to make a purchase without any reservations.

We understand the importance of building trust and ensuring a smooth and secure transaction process for our customers, and this guarantee is a testament to our commitment to your satisfaction.

                  Transaction Completed


The inspection period for the vehicle ends in 10 days. If we do not receive any feedback from you within this timeframe, we will assume that you are satisfied with the vehicle.

   Payment Methods


                  PayPal


PayPal payments are accepted only for transactions under $ 2,999.00. PayPal payments are processed within 1 (one) Business Day of the funds clearing GXL Logistics Services's PayPal account.

                  Bank Wire Transfers


Bank Wire Transfer is accepted only for transactions over $ 2,999.00 and clear upon receipt (1-5 Business Days).

                  Credit and Debit Cards


Card payments are accepted only for transactions under $ 5,999.00. Card payments are processed within 1 (one) Business Day.

After an agreement has been reached between the parties involved, it is essential that the buyer completes the registration form on our website to proceed further.

In the case of a new price agreement between the parties, it is crucial that we ensure the accuracy of the price before proceeding with the registration process. This process ensures that all transactions are conducted smoothly and accurately.
